September Wrap Up

We have reached the end of summer and tumbled head first into fall. Cool, crisp mornings, leaves crunching underfoot, and the promise of Halloween just around the corner. As a child I was really never that into fall. It signified the start of a new school year and all of the homework that came with it. As an adult, fall is my jam. I get to turn off the air conditioner, open the windows, and save on the electric bill? Don’t mind if I do! Before I tumble headlong into a ramble about Jack Skellington I’ll cut myself off. So, here for your perusal, is my September Wrap Up!

Not on the Blog

I just wanted to give a little snippet about reading and book related things going on in my life that I don’t put on Literary Weaponry during the month. I am currently working on writing two books myself. I know, people say, “Don’t talk about your WIP!” but I like to. I am excited about it and it makes me feel more motivated when I share, so why not?

I also got approved to read an ARC of Deanna Raybourn’s A Treacherous Curse which is exciting. It is the third book in Raybourn’s latest series and I absolutely loved the first two. I haven’t got very far into it yet as I’ve been more in the mood for YA but I know once I dive it that it will be fabulous.

I hope you all had a fantastic September and that October is treating you well. Talk to me! What books are you looking forward to most this fall?
