WWW Wednesday is a meme hosted by Sam at Taking on a World of Words and was formerly hosted by A Daily Rhythm. It is open for anyone to participate, even without a blog you can comment on Sam’s post with your own answers. It is a great way to share what you’ve been reading! All you have to do is answer three questions and share a link to your blog in the comments section of Sam’s blog.
The three Ws are:
What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?
What are you currently reading?
“I think you’re a fairy tale. I think you’re magical, and brave, and exquisite. And I hope you’ll let me be in your story.”
Strange the Dreamer (Strange the Dreamer #1) by Laini Taylor. I am working my way through this one as an audio book currently. In the past I have tried several different audio books but none of them have pulled me in. This one, however, has me by the earlobes. I never want to stop listening to it. Making dinner? Headphones on. Folding laundry? Headphones on. Sitting here writing this post? Wishing my headphones were on. Great book so far at 17% through.
What did you recently finish reading?
“We both know the world would be better off without heroes. Without villains. Without any of us, getting in the way of normal, happy people and their normal, happy lives.”
Renegades (Renegades #1) by Marissa Meyer . Meyer’s books and I are pretty hit and miss. For example, I loved Heartless. It was one of my favorite reads from the first part of the year. I hated Cinder which has certainly drawn me some snotty comments from people since I first mentioned it. Renegades, well, it is somewhere in between. Did I love it? No. Did I hate it? Nope. It is in the hazy in between area. Hopefully will have a full review up on Friday.
What do you think you’ll read next?
“See here, Hamilton, the world is full of evil wretches who seek nothing but their own self-gratification, and they don’t give a damn whom they hurt in the process. We’ll never catch every single one of them“
Edinburgh Twilight (Ian Hamilton Mysteries #1) by Carole Lawrence. I actually picked this one up from the library a few days ago and will be starting on it soon, hopefully. I need a good historical fiction and murders in old Edinburgh sounds perfect.
What are you all reading this week? Any other books that are good as audio to recommend me?
I love historical fiction and I have not heard of Edinburgh Twilight. Looking forward to your thoughts on it!

I am going to start it tomorrow and my fingers are itching. It is already sitting on my shelf and I just want to read it already. Need to finish Strange the Dreamer first though.

It really is! The fellow who does that one has such an amazing voice. I never want to turn it off. I listen at almost every available moment.
