My Year in Books ~ 2017

This is my journey for books in 2017
With 2017 at it’s close and a fresh year ahead of us all, I thought I would take a look back at my reading journey in 2017. This past year was the first that I had Literary Weaponry and having this blog drastically changed my reading habits for the better, I think. So, let’s meander back through 365 bookish days, shall we?

Looking back through this I had to chuckle at myself a little bit. The most popular book I read this year, Cinder by Marissa Meyer, was also one of my least favorite reads. The highest rated book, A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J Maas, was one I read multiple times and one of the few that kept me up reading until the wee hours of the morning.

All in all, I think it was a good reading year. I hope to conquer more books and discover new authors and stories in 2018.

  1. Seems like you read a lot of big books! My average rating is also around 3,5 stars, I think the bad books balanced out the amazing books well in 2017 🙂 Best of luck for reading in 2018!!!
