WWW Wednesday – January 31

WWW Wednesday is a meme hosted by Sam at Taking on a World of Words and was formerly hosted by A Daily Rhythm. It is open for anyone to participate, even without a blog you can comment on Sam’s post with your own answers. It is a great way to share what you’ve been reading! All you have to do is answer three questions and share a link to your blog in the comments section of Sam’s blog.

The three Ws are:

What are you currently reading?

What did you recently finish reading?

What do you think you’ll read next?

What are you currently reading?

“If there was a fate worse than death, it was a life unremembered.”

Invictus by Ryan Graudin. This is an audio read and I am in love with it. The characters feel so genuine and real which is something I don’t encounter while reading very often. The story is fun and exciting and I wish the narrator would talk faster so I could find out what happens next!

What did you recently finish reading?

Charlie’s life is perfect. She has everything her heart desires. Until it all goes horribly wrong.

Grave Expectations (The Ministry of Curiosities #4) by C.J. Archer . I have found that I really love this series for a bit of mindless reading. It doesn’t take much brain power or concentration to read and yet it still entertains. Sometimes, that is exactly what I need.

What do you think you’ll read next?

“The mind is its own place, and in itself can make a heaven of hell, or a hell of heaven.”

Iron Gold (Red Rising Saga #4) by Pierce Brown . I know, I know, I said this last time but I still haven’t picked it up. I am trying to wait until I know I have a good chunk of time to give it and no other obligations so I can indulge. At this point I’ve hyped it so much in my brain it has become a little intimidating but I won’t let that stop me.

Happy Wednesday and happy reading, everyone!

  1. I hope that you like Iron Gold as much as you are expecting too. Small confession – I’ve never read ANY of Pierce Brown’s books… but they are so well-loved, they’re on my TBR. 🙂 Actually, all three of these books (or the first in their series) are. 😀

    1. Brown’s books are truly excellent, especially Golden Son, so I hope you love them when you get to them.

And I really can’t recommend The Last Necromancer enough for a bit of down time, mindless reading that is still of good quality. It doesn’t require much attention while still being entertaining.
