May Wrap Up

MAYWRAPUP

Welcome to Literary Weaponry’s May Wrap Up! I got far more reading done this month than I expected to which was a bit of a surprise and was lucky enough to discover an author that I now love. I, like most of you I’m sure, am shocked that 2018 is already nearly half over. How did that even happen? However, on a more bloggish note, here is what went down on LW in May.

Personal/Writing

On the writing front I’m on what I hope will be my last pass of edits for my book before I send it out into the wind. It is a nerve wracking concept but it is time to bite the bullet and do it. Often the most important steps in our lives are the most frightening ones. I also have a concept for a trilogy featuring three woman who are haunted and guided by ghosts brewing in my head. We’ll see where that leads.

You also may recall in January a sweet puppy named Poe came to my home. At the time he was around 2 months old and weighed 17 pounds. Now, he just turned 6 months old and is nearly 70 lbs. He is the biggest dork on the planet and I love him to little puppy bits. He has also learned that he is big enough that if he doesn’t want to move, mommy is going to have a really tough time making him. Rotten, stubborn pooch.
