WWW Wednesday is a meme hosted by Sam at Taking on a World of Words and was formerly hosted by A Daily Rhythm. It is open for anyone to participate, even without a blog you can comment on Sam’s post with your own answers. It is a great way to share what you’ve been reading! All you have to do is answer three questions and share a link to your blog in the comments section of Sam’s blog.
The three Ws are:
What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?
What are you currently reading?
I started reading this for the Unexpected Readathon and so far I adore it! I’ve noticed some reviews being not so enthusiastic about this book I just don’t understand that. I’m on page 155 and never want to put this book down. The world is absolutely vibrant, the characters varied and interesting, and while I’m still figuring out the magic system (so is the main character) it still feels fresh. Very much enjoying this read.
What did you recently finish reading?
Sigh. I am so conflicted over this book. I wanted to love it, I wanted to get lost in its world and be absorbed in the story. Unfortunately mostly what I was, was bored. Each character felt like a cookie cutter of the one before, the story was predictable, and I really didn’t start getting interested until the last 20% or so. I’m told Godsgrave is much better and, being the sucker I am, I’m going to read it, too. Fingers crossed.
What do you think you’ll read next?
I don’t know why I keep doing this “What do you think you’ll read next” section. I don’t think that I’ve ever actually read the book I’ve put in this section next. I keep trucking along though, one of these days I may actually pick it up.
Anyway, Four Dead Queens in a new YA fantasy release that released February 26, 2019. Reviews have been a little mixed about it so far but I’m still excited to give it a go.

One of these days I may actually read my “reading next” selection. Maybe. Somehow I doubt it. I hope you all are having a lovely week and happy reading!
Amanda I have begun Nevernight but had to stop really early in the story as I did not feel it. Yet I want to try again as I loved Lifl1k3 and so want to read everything he wrote. I hope it will be less boring for me.

I loved Illuminae and, really, Nevernight was just a let down. I’m still going to give Godsgrave a shot but now I have low expectations. Hoping that helps. Seems weird but I really do want to love this series!
