What even is time anymore? The older I get the more quickly it seems to fly past. However, the cold weather seems to be finally starting to lift and there is more and more sunlight in the evenings. That light and warmth certainly has been a fantastic mood lifter.

September Wrap Up | 2021
I give up. This year has both flown by and crawled, merely inching passed. I don’t know what to think anymore. Time is a construct and COVID has tossed all sense of time flow on its head. Be that as it may, here I sit, still reading. Let me tell you, September involved both comfort reading and trying something outside of my usual genre preferences and even reading something I really wasn’t sure I’d like. So let’s take a look back at September and see how it all went down.

It’s time, once again, for my monthly wrap up. You know the drill here folks. We talk about what we’ve read, what we’ve hauled, how hard we fell on our faces when we failed our monthly TBR…you catch the drift. Let’s dive in.
Continue readingJune Book Haul
Normally at the end of the month I do my monthly book haul along with my monthly wrap up. However, this month I’m doing it separately because I simply got too many books this month. Normally I have three or four titles which isn’t too bad at all. June…well, June made my wallet cry.
Continue readingJune Book Haul and Wrap Up

June was a bit of a hectic month for me which culminated in my taking an official hiatus starting on June 10th. I was house hunting on a deadline and the stress that accompanied that was enough that I had to set aside my reading and blogging for a time.

Hello and welcome to my March Wrap Up! I went into March in a bit of a funk and didn’t expect to get much reading done. Lo and behold, I read more books during the month than I have in other months for the past year! I guess my take from that is don’t trust my gut, it lies. Without further preamble, let’s get to the books!

Hello all and welcome to my February Wrap Up! I must say, I had a glorious month for reading and a lot of other positive bookish things. I am also very grateful to all of you who come and look at my blog. Just want you to know that I see and appreciate all of you and I hope that we have many happy bookish years together to come. Now, lets get to the wrap up!

Welcome to Literary Weaponry’s May Wrap Up! I got far more reading done this month than I expected to which was a bit of a surprise and was lucky enough to discover an author that I now love. I, like most of you I’m sure, am shocked that 2018 is already nearly half over. How did that even happen? However, on a more bloggish note, here is what went down on LW in May. Continue reading
March and April Wrap Up
Hello Spring! I cannot explain how happy I was when the last of the snow finally melted and I could pull my flip flops out from the back of the closet. That reminds me that I need to paint my toes a properly springy color. I have a neon green that would be just the thing.
I didn’t do a March wrap up because at the beginning of April I went on a multiple week hiatus so I’m going to combine both March and April for this wrap up. I expect it may get a little long… Continue reading
February Book Haul
The Tuesday of months is finally over! Does anyone else feel like February is the year’s version of Tuesday? No? Just me? Okay. Well, anyway, it wasn’t the greatest reading month for me but I did luck out with getting several books on sales and a few unexpectedly on Netgalley. I found myself not spending quite as much time at the library this month as well because, well, I had ARCs up to my ears. On top of the three listed here I have another five sitting waiting for my attention. Yikes!
